Helle Moen is the new Chair of the Board at Kongsberg Innovasjon, succeeding Line Berget, who has held the position for the past two years. Moen brings with her extensive experience in investments, business development, and startups — both nationally and internationally.

She is already familiar with Kongsberg Innovasjon from previous collaborations. Over the years, she has been actively involved with early-stage companies, incubators, and technology transfer offices (TTOs) across Norway. Her most recent engagement with Kongsberg HOW in Trondheim through EGGS Design reconnected her with Kongsberg Innovasjon.
In this role, I feel I can truly contribute and create value,” says Moen enthusiastically. The timing was perfect. I want to use my experience to help develop sustainable solutions and new ventures.
